REAL ESTATE RESEARCH INSTITUTE

The Research Institute of REB has been growing with REB ever since its launch as the appraisal training center of the Korea Appraisal Board in 1989. More recently, it has supported the government’s real estate policies as a professional public enterprise for the survey and management of real estate, official notification, and statistics.

In addition, the Research Institute of REB supports people’s real estate economic activities and contributes to the development of the national economy by providing objective and accurate forecasts of future trends and prospects in the real estate market through the preparation and announcement of government-permitted statistics on real estate and analyses of the real estate market.

Henceforth, the Research Institute of REB aims to be reborn as a professional international real estate research institute by generating market analysis indices of foreign real estate and conducting research activities for the advancement of the real estate public-notification system and the development of effective real estate policies.
