General management of training

  • Establishment of integrated training plans and operation and general management of the training system

Operation of internal training and examinations

  • Position training: On the Job Training (OJT) of new (experienced) employees and training of employees, junior managers, intermediate managers, and senior managers
  • Job training: Obligatory job training and strengthening of core job capabilities
  • Examinations: Employment examination, promotion qualification examination, and job-change examination
  • Others: Legal obligatory education, online training (common and job-capability related e-learning, etc.), and the Book-dodum (encouragement) program

Operation and support of external training

  • Job-related training (IT, statistics, compensation, market management, urban restoration, green architecture, and management support, etc.), manager-level training (full-time (dispatched education) and part-time), and female leader cultivation procedures, etc.
  • Operation and support of the Department of Contract and degree courses

Other matters including external training, etc.

  • Operation of “Prior education of professional human resources of real estate development” (designated as an agency for the prior education of professional human resources of real estate development by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport)
