The owner of a residential building to be included in a public works project who has been continuously living in that building from the time of notification under the related statute until the contract conclusion date or the expropriation adjudication date is a subject of relocation measures. However, the tenants and owners of an unauthorized building constructed after January 24, 1989, and the person who does not actually reside there are excluded. If the project operator does not establish and execute relocation measures, or if a subject of relocation measures moves to another area other than the relocation area, relocation money is paid.

Where, the owner of an unauthorized building constructed after January 24, 1989 and the person who does not actually reside in the building are excluded.
