    • Established the Korea Appraisal Board Act, enforced on September 1.
    • Acquired grade “A”in the Public Organization Management Evaluation for a second consecutive year.
    • Acquired “Excellent”grade in the Government 3.0 Evaluation for a second consecutive year.
    • Acquired the highest grade (Grade 1) and the Presidential Prize in the Corruption Prevention Policy Evaluation.
    • Designated as an agency authorized to operate the greenhouse gas goal management systems of construction businesses.

    • Acquired grade A in the Public Organization Management Evaluation.
    • Acquired the highest grade in the Public Organization Integrity Survey for a second consecutive year.
    • Acquired the Prime Minister’s Prize for Government 3.0 Implementation Merit, 2014.

    • Designated as a “quasi-market public enterprise”under the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.

    • Designated as a professional real estate price survey and calculation agency under the Act on the Public Notice of Values and Appraisal of Real Estate Act.

    • Concluded a business agreement with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RCIS) of the United Kingdom.
